Manufacturing Process

PolyBilt bodies can be manufactured, using the latest technology, in any shape or size. There is no feature or configuration that cannot be replicated. PolyBilt designs and produces a wide range of vehicle bodies with complex features and internal arrangements. Our most prominent production is the integrated water tank and body for fire engine vehicles.

PolyBilt is well proven in the fire and rescue services of both the UK and the USA.

The finishing process is similar for both copolymer and aluminum bodies.
