Manufacturing Process

PolyBilt is so flexible it can be manufactured, using the latest technology, in any shape or size, there is no feature or configuration that cannot be replicated. Using PolyBilt we are able to design and produce a wide range of vehicle bodies with more complex features and internal arrangements. An example of course being fire engine bodies which have an integrated water tank that forms part of the vehicle body.

PolyBilt is well proven in the fire and rescue services of both the UK and the USA.

The manufacturing and finishing processes are similar for both copolymer and aluminium bodies.
